FormKlar is a digital SaaS subscription. Payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. This Refund Policy explains when you may request a refund.
- You may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase if you have not meaningfully used Pro features or are unsatisfied with the service.
- To request a refund, contact us via the site contact options or email notify@formklar.com with your account email and order details. We will review requests in good faith.
- Renewals and subsequent billing periods are generally non-refundable once charged, except where required by law. Cancel anytime to stop future renewals.
- Please contact us first to resolve billing issues. Do not initiate a chargeback without giving us a chance to help — chargebacks may delay resolution.
- Where Paddle is Merchant of Record, Paddle's buyer terms may also apply to payment and refund processing.
